Now you might be wondering that I will ask you to have soup Salad, low-fat milk or share some sort of a fad diet and basically starve the hell out of you But we all have tried that soup and salad diet before and we know that it does not work so today I’m going to share with you a tried and tested Indian diet plan that I’ve personally used to lose over 10 kgs And this diet will eat everything that you love to eat as a child But most importantly unlike the other fad diets this guide will instantly make you feel energetic light But most importantly it will help you lose weight So let’s get started! The first thing that you need to have as soon as you wake up is a glass of water because it will boost your metabolism Flush out the toxins and it will hydrate your bodies Thanks to our hectic lifestyle more often than not our breakfast suffers But if you want to lose weight and have the energy to kickstart your day and then make sure that you never skip breakfast you can start your day with some delicious egg Bhurji with Roti or Half-Plane paratha with curd or the breakfast that I personally love is a good trade of Idli with Coconut Chutney Dosa Poha upma are also healthy breakfast options But if you are in a hurry then just grab two boiled eggs and some local seasonal soup around 11 a.m.

We start to feel hungry again, but it is too soon for lunch So this is the best time to have your regular cup of Chai or coffee you can also have some roasted peanuts Dry foods or 2 boiled eggs, but make sure that you have at least one egg yolk with it. We usually have the tendency of leading out the yolk thinking that it is too high in cholesterol Or it’ll make us fat but on the contrary believe me when I say this an egg is a Powerhouse it has all the nutrients minerals vitamins that are required for a body to function properly In fact I made an entire video explaining How an egg can actually help you lose weight? So do check it out now for lunch We want to make it a whole meal. So make sure that you start with some solid freshly cut cucumbers, Beetroot, carrot And then you can move on to some curry with Rice or roti For curry you can have some chicken mixed vegetables Dal paneer But make sure that you include a bowl of curd because curd not only helps you with digestion But will also help you lose weight and it’s like all of the dairy products curd is great for your teeth and your bones.

The reason why we gain weight is because We eat when we are hungry But we don’t stop when we are not hungry instead. We stop when we are full or over full especially during lunch We are with our colleagues or watching television, so even if we are done at the end of that second roti We still have that third Roti? and that forth roti and That is what leads to weight gain.

Now around 4:00 to 4:30 is a very dangerous time because we tend to be hungry plus we carry work stress because of that stress for comfort we turn to that delicious looking cupcake or samosa or cola Basically junk food So the best way to avoid all of this is to carry a box of healthy snacks with you and keep munching on it. Some of your best options are a fruit any local seasonal food bead banana Mango watermelon Apple you can have a peanut butter with a slice of whole wheat bread or you can have some freshly cut vegetables like carrot cucumber Beetroot if you want this guy to work faster Then make sure that you include some sort of physical activity in your daily schedule. You can start by working light jog running around your Apartment or your office building you can join a nearby gym You can pick up a sport dance swimming Anything that gets your body moving Or if you want to workout at home then do check out of five minute home workout video that We created that you can do at home without any equipment You can repeat this workout three to four times the gap of two to three minutes in between whatever it is Just find a physical activity that you love to do and make sure that you stick to it consistently.

Immediately after you workout you need a combination of proteins as well as carbs and your best options are egss or milk and Banana or sweet potato just make sure that you have these within fifteen to thirty minutes of your workout They know you can have the same thing that you had for your lunch if you’re having dal rice make sure you have more dal And slightly less rice you can have your roti your favorite home-cooked subji paneer. Just make sure that you don’t add any sugar or sweetener to your milk I personally do not like how milk tastes So I add a pinch of haldi to it.

At the end of all of this make sure that you get a good night sleep for atleast 7 to 8 hours because even lack of sleep causes weight gain remember if you’d really all lose weight Then you don’t need a dietitian.
